Pre-course Requirement: Comprehensive DISC Profile
Before the course begins, all participants must complete a Comprehensive DISC Profile assessment. This assessment will provide valuable insights into your behavioral preferences, communication style, strengths, and areas for development.

Learning Methodology: Each week will include lectures, interactive discussions, role-playing exercises, and real-world case studies to ensure active learning and practical application of skills.

Outcome: By the end of this course, you will have the tools and techniques to lead effectively, communicate confidently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems creatively. You’ll be equipped to build and lead highly effective teams in any professional setting.
