Course Description: At “Sales Works,” we focus on “focus and awareness,” equipping you with the best “tools” to deliver your service or product in a way that surpasses your customers’ needs, wants, and values—better than anyone else!

Course Highlights:

  • Leverage your creativity by defining and systematizing your sales process.
  • Build a purposeful and energizing sales plan and learn to execute and adjust it effectively.
  • Develop long-term clients through deep and purposeful relationships.
  • Sell quickly—gain balance and energy through focus, purpose, and effectiveness.
  • Understand your numbers, what they mean, and how to improve them.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Principles and skills of sales development, goal setting, and vision clarity.
  • Identifying your ideal client profile.
  • Clarifying your sales process, including lead generation strategies, tracking and reporting, and effective time management principles.

Outcome: Attendees will leave with a specific sales plan that provides outcomes in each area and a personalized personal and professional development plan.
