Meet Donald!

What role do you play in your organization?
My role is Project Manager at Warfel Construction Company in our Operations Department. Internally, I manage our construction teams on the individual projects on which I’m working, and externally, I coordinate with our clients and design teams on project schedules, costs, and constructability.

Why do you wake up and go to work every day?
Our industry is exciting and very rewarding; every day is a new challenge, so every day is different. That is what keeps me going.

How has your involvement in ABC Keystone provided you value in your professional life?
ABC Keystone provides me with connections to other industry members that I may not encounter on a regular basis. It also keeps me current with updates in the industry at both a local and national level related to politics and industry trends.

What are your hobbies?
I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting breweries, hunting, and generally anything to do with the outdoors.
