Jeffrey Bright, Esq | is a principal in the construction law group at Offit Kurman and is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, and California.  With 15 years of experience in the construction industry, he advises contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, owners, and design professionals on contract terms, negotiations, and project disputes.

Kate Landis, Esq., is Assistant General Counsel at ARCO Design/Build, a national design-build construction company.

Ashley Nichols Weber, Esq., is an attorney in the real estate, construction, and procurement practice group at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC.  Ashley’s practice includes counseling owners, contractors, and subcontractors on both private and public construction projects on the bidding process, contract negotiations, and claim resolution.
