Introducing a very innovative and exciting new venture for “Contractor” construction HR professionals in the Keystone Chapter: ABC Keystone’s Human Resources Peer Group Roundtable. HR practitioners duties cover everything from recruitment, training, discipline, accident investigations, safety and compensation to benefits. The list is endless, and many in this position do their job solo or with minimum staff.
The idea behind the HR Peer Group is to bring together HR professionals to share experiences and help one another improve personal and company performance in an environment conducive for tremendous learning and growth! To be able to best share the experiences that are unique to those in the construction industry this peer group will be exclusive to contractor members only.
Be part of an opportunity for “Contractor” Construction Human Resource personnel to come together on a regular basis, to focus on business challenges; and through stimulating facilitation and group discussion, and to focus on practical solutions!
Participation is limited to the first 15 professionals who sign up!
The group will meet four times a year: The first hour will be a facilitated format that will be stimulating, confidential and practical. The last portion of the meeting will be spent in a time of sharing and problem solving of current issues the group members are currently facing. At times, guest speakers will be invited.
