The Power of People Series: Designed to help people and teams fully realize their potential

Seminar Overview:

If you are frustrated by trying to keep people motivated, maybe it’s time to take a new look. This program will deliver powerful insights and clarity into why you and your team members do what you do. You’ll better understand what energizes and stresses out your team members. This understanding helps higher engagement, less turnover, and more motivated people.

We’ll dive into:

• Are people in the right job to match their motivators?
• Why doesn’t everyone want to be a manager/supervisor?
• Some people are motivated by money, but not all!
• How motivators can change.
• A look at your company culture and who it might attract.

This program will look at Motivation by defining the key Six Core Motivators. Understanding these can help you be more targeted for:

• Hiring to match a person’s drivers
• Coaching and supervising to keep people motivated
• Understand why some people drive you crazy

When you participate, you’ll:

1. Take a personal Driving Forces assessment. You’ll receive a 20-page report letting you know what motivates you, in what order, and what might totally de-motivate you.
2. We’ll explain the science and how your Driving Forces impact your decision-making, who you are most comfortable being around, and perhaps some blind spots that cause you to disengage in a role or with certain people.

Registration Details:

Preferred registration date: 7 days prior to the session date

Cancellation deadline is 7 days prior to the class date or once the assessment is completed, whichever comes first. No refunds will be given after the deadline. Substitutions are permitted. There will be a fee if additional assessments are needed upon substitution.

ABC Members may select the option to be invoiced. Non-members will need to pay at the time of registration either via credit card payment online or by calling the Chapter office: (717) 653-8106.
