Joel Walker, CEO, Industrial Resolution, will lead a discussion about Artificial Intelligence and the future of Human Resources. AI is already here and being used by many of you. What kind of policies have you put in place regarding AI? What measures have you taken to avoid bias if using AI in the hiring process? The list of HR areas affected by AI is endless. Joel will help us understand how to navigate this new world and prepare for the challenges ahead.
Get together with fellow HR professionals to share experiences and help one another improve personal and company performance in an encouraging environment.
