Gale McLean, PHR, SHRM-CP , Contractor Benefits Group, LLC is president of Contractor Benefits Group, LLC, a Davis Bacon and prevailing wage fringe benefit provider that works with companies performing public work projects. She is a certified human resource professional with 30 years in the construction industry, with a focus on both human resources and construction accounting.
